Scalekit Studio Technologies Private Limited ("Scalekit Studio", "we", "us", or "our") operates the platform available at scalekit.studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about you when you use our platform, website, or services.

This policy describes the platform as it is being built. What is live today is the waitlist, and it collects far less than the sections below allow for: an email address, an optional note, and nothing automatic beyond what a web server necessarily sees. Section 8 states exactly what is stored on your device right now.

8. Cookies and Tracking
Today this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It stores two values in your browser's local storage, both the direct result of an action you took: the theme you chose, and whether you already joined the waitlist. Nothing on the site is loaded from a third party, so no outside company sees your IP address because you visited. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Sessions and authentication will require cookies once there are accounts to sign in to, and we may add aggregate analytics later. We will update the Cookie Policy before either goes live, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
We do not serve advertising cookies, fingerprint devices, or share behavioural data with advertising networks, and we do not intend to.
9. International Transfers
Scalekit Studio is headquartered in Guwahati, India. If you access our services from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate. We take appropriate steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
