Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing use of the Scalekit Studio platform. It applies to all users, customers, and anyone accessing the platform directly or through an authorised account. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Prohibited Content and Tasks

You may not submit tasks or content that:

• Is illegal under applicable law in India or the jurisdiction of the user.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group.
• Involves the generation or distribution of spam, phishing, or deceptive materials.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal discrimination.
• Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, or any code intended to cause harm.
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate individuals or organisations.

3. Prohibited Platform Use

You may not use the platform to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methods, models, or source code.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label access without a written reseller agreement.
• Conduct load testing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without prior written consent.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing mechanisms.
• Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive non-business purposes.

4. Expert Network Conduct

Tasks routed to human experts on our network must be submitted in good faith and must not:

• Require experts to produce content that violates this AUP.
• Be designed to extract confidential information about our network, experts, or processes.
• Involve harassment, inappropriate contact, or attempts to communicate with experts outside the platform.

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit to the platform is submitted lawfully. This includes obtaining necessary consents from third parties whose data you submit. Scalekit Studio processes submitted data as a data processor on your behalf.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access without notice where a violation poses immediate risk to the platform, its users, or third parties. For less urgent violations, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy before taking action.

We may report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, report it through the platform. We investigate all credible reports and respond to verified violations promptly.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
